Stayed here for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! The area is quiet, charming, and conveniently located. The staff were all welcoming and nice, the room was very clean, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in! We also ate at the restaurant which was cozy and delicious. What a great stay, thank you Hotel Sternen!

It is an amazing place. The accommodation has EVERYTHING you need. From oils and herbs for meals; teas and filled coffee machine: dishwasher tablets, hair-dryers and charger cables and adaptors. She had thought of everything! After coming from camping near Venice, this was a 5 Star hotel!!! Worth every Frank. We have a VW Caddimaxi and made it up the steep drive....not a problem! We are travelling with family visiting from Australia. After arriving at this amazing location and house, we just had to finish the experience with a Swiss Cheese Fondue, which complimented the delicious red wine and chocolates that we were gifted on arrival.

I really enjoyed communicating with the host; the instructions were given on time and were clear, and she was flexible regarding the check-out time. I also liked the location of the apartment; it's very convenient if you want to visit Göscheneralpsee. However, we didn't venture to some of the other attractions because the journey would have taken too long. We also visited the area during Halloween and were very pleasantly surprised by the care shown towards children and the generosity of the locals.

We spent a weekend here as a group of 10 for a family reunion and had a very good stay. The house is large enough to comfortably accommodate a big group. It is an older property with a lot of charm, and the location is excellent. The staff was very friendly and responsive throughout. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with plenty of utensils, a good coffee machine, and many extras provided (oil, coffee, etc.), which made cooking easy. The beds were also very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend and would definitely consider coming back.
