Getting up is quite an adventure already😍 if u are a skier can use a tbar lift or can rent a moutaint taxi- cool experience for family:) you can also walk up the slope but it is quite steep. The best part is after 17 when all skiers are gone you have this quite place surrounded by mountains and forest to yourself! View from the window is amazing .

People working here were super nice. Do NOT follow Google directions to the hotel, instead drive to Biel-Kinzig AG, which will get you to the lower station of the cable car. If there is no-one at the station, just push the button and they'll help you - unusual for Americans to have self service gondolas, but works well.

This town is mainly a residential area.
This town is mainly a residential area. We spent a lot of money getting trains to and from the town. Very few shops, we found it hard to find an open shop. Some local coffee shops. A burger king, lidl and aldi. Altdorf is only a few minutes up the road which was bigger and busier. Our favourite thing about fluelen was the mountain views and the cable car

This was the worst property i have ever stayed during my last 25 years of travel as this is a private house with two rooms allocated for hotel room and the owners of the property both the husband and the wife are too rude, rough and impolite. They are so nasty in there behaviour towards guests that i do not recommend anyone to stay there. Moreover there is no proper toilets and no kitchen to prepare your food. Not recommended at all.
