What a location! It doesn't have to be winter for this to be beautiful. We stayed in the non-kids area and it was great. Lovely rooms, good food, amazing location... The spa area was nice as well. The non clothed area has multiple types of sauna, steamcabin and a good area to cool down. If you want to drive up, read the information because it is special. Friendly staff!

This hotel was located in the heart of Sarnen and it was one of the best hotels I’ve booked in Switzerland. The reason is because of the following: the location is only 20 minutes from the city centre of Lucerne. also, the hotel provides free parking and 24 hour self check-in. The staff were absolutely amazing and they helped me with everything I needed. Breakfast was so delicious. There were a supermarket close and two restaurants as well. Lake Sarnen is only 500meters away with a breathtaking views and seating area. If you have kids there is a small place with fun activities for free near the lake as well. There are electric car charging stations if you are interested. I booked the junior suite and it was spacious. Totally recommend this one!

The house is very spacious, comfortable and very clean, located in the heart of Giswil next to the train station and next to Coop (lovely supermarket). We loved the idea of leaving the house from the terrace to indulge in the beautiful nature. The view was amazing. The host (Frauke) is a very pleasant, helpful and welcoming person. We loved our stay and everything was perfect. Will definitely come back!

Situated right across the Giswil train station and accessible to every point around, this hotel with its great location offers spacious rooms, a very comfortable bed, great modern amenities and a perfect ambience in a century old, but very well maintained building. Everything is so well thought of that one wonders what can go wrong... Except breakfast.

Awesome location! Accessible to many tourist spots nearby and 1-2 hrs of drive. Host was very kind and helpful. Property is perfect for families with most facilities. We had a comfortable and wonderful stay at Giswil. Scenic view from property. Recommend this property for tourists like me.

This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building
