United StatesFantastic Property. Central location 5 minutes from train station and main street shops and restaurants. Staff is amazing and friendly, meals at restaurants on property were phenomenal. Half Board option for hotel guests was a great touch - four course menu that changes nightly and keeps things fresh. Beautiful amenities as well - spa and indoor pool were very nice. Would stay again in a heart beat if returning to Gstaad.

Beautiful hotel , great location and the best stay
We had the garden view we loved it waking up to the beautiful views . It was only a few minutes walk to the centre in such a great location everywhere you look is beautiful the hotel staff and hotel itself was just wonderful I highly recommend this place .

Booking Com must start to accept its environmental responsibilities.
Where this is an option try and persuade guests to travel by train.
You will often make a point of saying "A visit to XXX is only 15 mins away by car"
Fine - but if it is possible to use Public Transport to reach XXX say so.
Make sure your maps show railways!
Always give distance of Hotel from station.

Lovely quite sleepy village with plenty of cattle, and chalets.
Due to thea altitude the local saying is " Come UP, Slow Down" and that is very much what it's all about. Lovely atmosphere. Quiet and beautiful

Amazing swimming pool with several pools suitable for all ages and abilities, including an outdoor thermal bath with jacuzzis. The ice rink was up when we were there, lots of nearby cafes and pubs. Lovely riverside walks and great playpark/animal centre between Saanen and Gstaad. Many train and bus connections. Several gondolas up to mountain restaurants and views and walks.
Coop cafe is good and relatively cheap for budget conscious travellers.

Was a nice hotel in good location and proximity to most of local attractions. The only problem was, we were not offered the same room we booked and the staff claimed the information on booking is not right.

The location is the main advantage of this hotel. It lies on the Gstaad boulevard. This boulevard is like an authentic Swiss village street with lots of very expensive shops. Nothing too original. During the day it is very crowded but at night it is quit (end december). Restaurants in the area are nice, some very good but almost all are extremely expensive. (think 28 euro for a single starter). A nice skating ring is next to the hotel, as well as a public parking garage.

Very Comfortable , clean and well maintained 2 br apartment on lower level of small chalet .
Well equipped kitchen , peaceful semi -rural location near base of one the ski lifts in Gstaad , friendly hosts , nice renovated bathrooms. Location is good for skiers and hikers being next to the Wasserngrat ski lift ( 3-4 intermediate /advance ski trails ) . Very nice for people or small family ( 4 people ) who like a mountain rural atmosphere and being active .

This is a solid 3-star hotel, appropriately priced.
Linen was crisp and appealing, room and bath in very good condition, bed comfortable.
The hotel is at one end of “downtown” Gstaad (which more or less consists of a single pedestrian street). It is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the train station.
A very good restaurant is in the hotel. Typical of many such restaurants around Europe, an amiable staff spoke a dozen languages.

Gorgeous location and surroundings with complimentary shuttle to / from the station by the promonade. Room was spacious and cozy. Lovely amenities. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing, and the views were incredible. Lovely hotel.

Room was same as shown in pictures. Nice location . Very good breakfast . We had great time in Gstaad & in this hotel. Reception staff was also very polite & informative. Nice restaurant in the same hotel & food was excellent always.
