IndiaWe loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.

Where to start! We stayed for part of our honeymoon, I had been so excited to stay somewhere with such incredible views and it did not disappoint! The apartment is modern,clean with a rustic charm. The view is breathtaking. Larissa, Beat and the whole family were welcoming and so friendly! (Including the cats!) We would 100% stay again.
Parking is great- under a carport so very safe. Hergiswil is a great place to stay near Lucerne especially if driving.
Our stay was a highlight of the whole honeymoon.

A wonderful place with an unforgettable view of the lake and mountains – what could be better? Our stay at this hotel left us with the best impressions! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, a nice sauna, pool, and jacuzzi. A classic breakfast with everything in abundance. Everything was just as described! We definitely recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was very clean, the pool and spa area is stunning. We had a room overlooking the lake and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was varied and a lot of choice 😋
Cannot fault the hotel, the staff or the location, we will definitely return!

Lovely room facing the mountain. Excellent walk in shower. Good breakfast. Ate in the hotel restaurant as it was quite remote, food very good.
