Modern and well appointed rooms with large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Bed was comfortable. Nice little touches with complementary nuts, muffin and chocolates. Breakfast was fantastic with everything available. Elegant bar and dining room for breakfast. Nice patio outside to overlook Lake Lucerne.
Overall little to complain about and much to laud. A true 5 star hotel.

We were only there two days, and the first day we did a walking tour of the city and the second day was an outing to Mount Titlis. If we were there longer we would have done a boat trip round the lake and gone up Mount Pilatus.

Beautiful city that caters very well for tourists. As an English speaker I had no issues with communication everywhere.
We walked to most places and appreciated the general flatness of Lucerne (except for the climb up to the city wall and museum).
From a culinary perspective you will not be disappointed with a wide variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

Fantastic city - great restaurants, plenty of wonderful historic sites, loved the public transportation options and ease of access to outlying areas. We felt safe and welcomed. We really loved the medieval wall with towers and the closeness of Mt. Rigi.

City is full of various museums, excursion possibilities and great food!

Lucerne city center is very easy to walk around.
Lucerne city center is very easy to walk around. Spend some time strolling at the lake promenade and other times sipping coffee in different cafes in the small streets. Also, the small train tour is worth it to explore the history and nice architecture If you have time.

Stunning views & wonderful staff! The hotel was clean and modern with everything you need at your fingertips. Having the bus that takes you into the heart of Lucerne right out the front was so convenient and having the ferry stop at the hotel was also an excellent addition. You cannot beat the incredible views that Switzerland has to offer right in front of you. All of the staff we encountered were so kind, welcoming and helpful! We could not recommend this wonderful hotel more.

Great location, service and restaurant! The room was very comfortable, much more comfortable than in other hotels in Switzerland , coffee machine that can also make tea , impressive mini bar, good quality toiletries, great breakfast, I can go on and on, it is absolutely worth its money. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in! Thank you! My sincere recommendation to everyone!

Even if the hotel is a bit outside of Lucerne there is a system of bus offer for guests staying in hotels recognized by the city. So that we could go downtown very easily (bus is stopping very close to the hotel). For some rooms the view can be amazing!

Great room for the price you paid. The check-in staff was so helpful and friendly. If you don't want to walk, You can take a bus to the Lucerne train station also. Denner supermarket is beside the hotel and the bus stop is opp the supermarket.
