The location is great, and they have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the concierge services are impeccable! The breakfast is pretty good with a nice Buffett and egg station with a chef to cook your eggs. The shops on the first and second floors are nice and have some interesting options! Amazing views from the lakeside rooms! The wine tasting areas 20 minutes away by car are excellent!

We had a beautiful stay at Le CouCou, so peaceful and the view was Spectacular. We had a great dinner in the restaurant excellent food and wine. The staff were so helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful breakfast everything you wanted, before going down to Montreux on the cog rail for free.
