CanadaOur group of 17 cyclists thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The staff were excellent, very helpful during check-in and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms are bright and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel has a large area in its secure underground garage for parking bicycles. We also enjoyed the tables and chairs set up on a terrace beside the hotel as an excellent place to enjoy eating out grocery store suppers. The hotel is located in a quiet area that is only about a 10 minute walk away from the old town. Two major supermarkets are also a short walk away.

Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan.
Nyon is a lovely city and very cosmopolitan. The ability that the hotel provided to me - from the tourism office - to have a free pass to travel to the places of interest within a certain area, and free bus travel, was very helpful. The trains from Nyon connect to the important cities of Switzerland.

The hotel had recently re-opened under a new name and management. The quality of the refurbishment was excellent. The staff we beyond friendly and helpful. When there was a problem with my booking (entirely due to my error) they corrected it without any fuss.

Breakfast was very good. I even got gluten free bread.
The room and hotel in general very clean.
There was also a restaurant.
Short distance from the train station.
Close to the castle and lake.
Easy to find.

The staff was super friendly even at late hours of the night. The breakfast was better than the other hotels in the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom clean.
It's ok for a short stay.

Beautiful small hotel, very welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely room with fabulous views of the lake, just a short train ride from Geneva Airport - we will be back.
