Very friendly and hospitable staff. The room was fully equipped with a proper desk and comfortable bed. Every day's room cleaning was also a big plus. A nice view from the room and vicinity of the airport are additional advantages. I have nothing to complain about.

The beautiful character, insanely comfortable beds, and easy proximity to a tram line to get into old town. We had to leave for an early flight and didn’t get to enjoy their breakfast that looked so good! Amazing boutique hotel with great customer service and we were bummed we only had one night there.

the owner has thought of everything! there is a robe and slippers for you, there is soap and lotion, there is a tiny fridge and a microwave, along with a simple set of kitchen goods (cutting board, dish towel, dish soap, cutlery, cup, mug, corkscrew) and even a USB cord and a power adapter in case anything has been forgotten. they are so kind and the location is perfect! the room is small but that was what I had expected -- I had not expected it to be so thoughtfully designed and set up for me! the shower was also hot and powerful, bathroom clean, and they held my heavy bag for me while I explored the following day.

    My wife and I would have loved to enjoy Zurich but we only used the airport for arrival and departure. We rented a car to enjoy Switzerland and I can tell you that the roads were nice and well documented. We also found the airport to be efficient and the staff very friendly.

    Apart-Hotel Zurich Airport is closed temporarily, so we were transferred to the Hilton. We stayed overnight before an early international flight. This review is actually for the Hilton. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, although slightly worn/tired. The room was also quiet, which was nice given our early flight. There have been issues with the shuttle bus to the airport being full, so we took an airport taxi for 17 CHF that the staff member at the front desk arranged (discount rate.)

    Great apartment, convenient location. Zurich hb can be reached easily by public transport from apartment. very clean and well maintained. kitchen is well equipped. apartment has everything that you need for great vacation. host is very nice. she will give you all required information. we had great stay and would definitely book this apartment when we will Zurich again. I recommend it to all for having great vacation.
