Clean rooms, easy check-in, responsive host

What a great overall experience, exceeding all of our expectations. It's a brand new facility, incredible layout, modern and clean. It's much bigger than your average Swiss hotel room, and really everything in the room is top notch, new, modern and very comfortable. The value of the room was incredible as well. I highly recommend this place (we travel a lot all over Europe) and when it comes to the actual room and accommodation this is one of the top places. You have to be comfortable that it is not in walking distance of the center - but it's 10 easy minutes by car and the actual quality of the accommodation makes more then up for it.

Everything was fine. Staff were very helpful and kind. Interior was really interesting.

Great location right next to the Lugano Main Station. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was great and spacious with a great view. Would recommend!!!

The personnel was absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the location is beautiful and peaceful. There’s also a really nice restaurant on the ground floor which was very convenient.

Great location with a nice walk along the water super close. We were most grateful for the lovely staff who made our stay even better. They were kind enough to check us in early as we were travelling with luggage, and were extra kind and accommodating! Thank you very much!!

Well located. Brand new and with a lot of character

It felt like I was staying in a family home. As it ties out we were the owner grew up there.

Highly recommended from staff to facility. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room is clean and nice. Would probably stay here again when we come back.

Close to the train station. Helpful staff.

They have air conditioner, for the extreme heat this summer it is a life saver!
