Amazing staff with incredible service, all the way from valet knowing it was our honeymoon to having no need to check in and they were already waiting to send us to the room. Everything is done in the room. The room was upgraded for free which was amazing. The toiletries were really great and the spa is very relaxing. We loved the hotel that moment we stepped into the lobby & spike with Annita. She is very friendly and helpful. The room is amazing, nice view, comfy bed & gorgeous bathroom. The hotel is contracted with the Ovaverva Spa next door for free entry to hotel guests. Very well worth it! The hotel is located 4 min from train station and a quick 7 min from town center (driving). Beautiful walking paths around parks & a lake. Good quiet location. Didn't have the Mongolian buffet with regrets. But we did truly enjoy the breakfast. Delicious. Good coffee, wide selection of excellent tea, juice, etc. Breakfast deli meat, lots of cheese & fruit choices. Yogurt with many toppings, eggs to order & delicious bread with jams, butter & honey. The wait staff were excellent. If you wish a taxi, the hotel will arrange it at a discounted price. We suggest Daniel with Taxi St. Moritz.

San Moritz is Madison Avenue dressed up as a ski resort. There is no heart here. If you are looking for an authentic Swiss Alps experience there are so many other places to visit. The morning sunshine made for a pleasant departure.
Very expensive city with nothing going on. Dining was average but outrageously priced. Spent the next night in Bormio, Italy. Exact opposite in every dimension. Bormio was Nice, clean, reasonable prices, friendly people and good food. Rained most of the time and weather was the best aspect of the city.
St. Moritz just like most places in Switzerland is expensive but naturally beautiful. I didn't like the $2 dollars per person water charge but I would be happy to treat that as part of my tips for them. In some restaurants for all transactions and in a train for transactions less than $20, credit cards are not accepted and if you don't have the Swiss franc, you can pay with the Euro but they would use the exchange rate of 1 Swiss franc for 1 Euro.
Loved the views of the mountains and the city. It seems to be a wonderful town, however, EVERYTHING was closed. We came via the Bernina Express and I expected to treat my wife to some shopping there. After arriving, we found that all the shops close April and May. This isn’t listed in the brochures or ANY web sites... so, we walked around a “ghost” town for the day before heading back to Italy.
Beautiful city. We came here to mainly snowboard, and we enjoyed every minute of it along with the amazing scenery. Getting around St. Moritz is very easy. Their public transportation is easy and convenient, even for a foreigners like us who don't normally use public transportation back home.
Since its a short stay. We wanted to experience the place. Good thing this hotel is just near the lake. Parking is just 50m away. And restaurants inside and infront of the hotel. If you’re a cyclist like myself, theres a bikehop near the parking lot. Just 50m away. Souvenirs? Check infront of the hotel, friendly owner.
This hotel was five star all the way! My husband and I went for our anniversary and he was able to surprise me with champagne and flowers. They also upgraded us to the most amazing suite! The spa was also one of the best I’ve been to. The ladies there were so nice. I got two treatments and I am already planning on going back in the winter. Love love this hotel!! All the staff was amazing and so accommodating. We were also able to walk everywhere in town very easily. I didn’t realize how close to everything it was.
The staff were fantastic the best I've met. They couldn't do enough and were kind, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was superbly presented and the Mongolian restaurant outstanding. I would seriously recommended this hotel for your stay. I have never written a review but because of my wonderful stay I have on this occasion.
Traditional style hotel. Friendly staff. Room was a great size & quiet as requested. Comfy bed. Good size bathroom with shower as requested. Breakfast was adequate for us. Wonderful terrace for drinks with view of Lake. Good wifi. Restaurant on site, but we ate elsewhere. Transfer car at nominal cost great.
The hotel is conveniently located close to funicular to Piz Nair, and also to bus stop for Muottas Muragl funicular. The rooms are relatively small but have everything required. The hotel also has a very good Pizza Restaurant on site. It represented good value for money. The themed rooms add a sense of fun.
Everything. So many special touches. The range of saunas was amazing. I had an amazing massage at the spa (highly recommend). The concierge was brilliant, she was so helpful and friendly. We used the hotel bikes which made for a great afternoon around the lakes. I will be back when in Switzerland again.
We arrived to St Moritz by train late at night abd were picked up at station by hotel shuttle quite unexpectedly. We were then offered a small feed as restaurant was closed. Town seemed closed also so this was appreciated. Dropped to station next morning by courtesy van as well.
This hotel was easy to get to from the train station using a bus Our room was clean and spacious and the shared bathroom was accessible and very clean. We ate at the sister hotel restaurant for dinner and it was quite good with friendly wait staff.
Everything, so much to offer. The rooms are huge, staff are wonderful, 3 lovely restaurants to choose from. Wonderful location. Free passes for public transport and ski lifts given by the hotel. Also breakfast was sensational.
The service at the restaurant was the best I've experienced in Switzerland and j have lived here for 6 years! I also enjoyed the little wellness area and the lake view from my cosy room. Highly recommend this hotel!
The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable, but I found the standard room too basic for a three stars hotel, consequently too expensive. We had a dinner at the Thai restaurant it was delicious!
Very accommodating. No problem on shuttle from train station to hotel & vice-versa. Assigned us a perfect room. Provided us immediately the requested electric kettle. Very friendly staff.
Ski lift to slope is right across from hotel with access across a foot bridge. Hotel has lockers with key access for ski equipment storage. Helpful staff and delicious food.
There is a bar inside the hotel with a nice relaxed atmosphere offering good cocktails coffe and friendly staff . The restaurant was good with a great pizza

There is a big Coop supermarket nearby, you can walk for 15 min or take the bus.
