United StatesThe location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and a shopping center, was perfect for us. We enjoyed the access to the swimming pool and sauna, which was included in the price. The breakfast buffet was generous, and all the hotel personnel were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We occupied a total of three rooms; two were perfect, but room #3 did not have adequate clearance between the bed and the wall to pass by. The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent. As is common in Switzerland, there was no A/C in any of the rooms, but a fan was provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, especially as the owner mentioned plans to renovate all the rooms and add a restaurant on the top floor.

Perfect location, close to the highway and old town, and a wonderful hotel.
The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the staff were responsive and friendly.
The breakfast was a plus; you will definitely find what you need.
coffee machine and tea are available throughout your entire stay, no matter the hour.
We really enjoyed the place and will definitely return on our next trip to Sursee, Switzerland.
This hotel deserves several stars.

The Hotel is just outside the historic town gate , it has ample parking included in the room rate, there is no bar or restaurant however free coffee and water are available 24/7 and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and speak English.There is a small garden with seating some of which is covered. We would certainly stay in the hotel again

Small family hotel with clean room and good breakfast choices. It's close to city centre as well as the train station.
