United StatesThe location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and a shopping center, was perfect for us. We enjoyed the access to the swimming pool and sauna, which was included in the price. The breakfast buffet was generous, and all the hotel personnel were amazing. The hotel and rooms were very clean. We occupied a total of three rooms; two were perfect, but room #3 did not have adequate clearance between the bed and the wall to pass by. The beds were very comfortable, and the WiFi was excellent. As is common in Switzerland, there was no A/C in any of the rooms, but a fan was provided. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning, especially as the owner mentioned plans to renovate all the rooms and add a restaurant on the top floor.

Sursee is a stunningly beautiful town with charming old houses, a picturesque Old Town, excellent restaurants, a castle, a creek, and nearby lake. As a family, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What made it truly special were the incredibly welcoming and kind people. We felt at home right away and would love to return. Highly recommended!

The Hotel is just outside the historic town gate , it has ample parking included in the room rate, there is no bar or restaurant however free coffee and water are available 24/7 and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is good, the rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly and speak English.There is a small garden with seating some of which is covered. We would certainly stay in the hotel again

Excellent location within Sursee, though the route to get to it was tortuous. Very good underground parking, lovely friendly receptionist, clean room, a couple of English channels on the TV, a free tea/coffee machine nearby, and a generous cold buffet breakfast including Bircher muesli (and scrambled egg as the one warm item). Good shower.

I was really lucky to book this hotel! Their spa was so nice and relaxing :) The rooms are pretty as well and the staff is friendly . Everything was clean, and the breakfast was tasty! Would stay again.

Very convenient night stop on our way home to UK. Hotel was easy to find from the A2 and a there were a few local restaurants to choose from. Very good breakfast.
