United StatesThe Rondo is unstaffed so I am not rating for staff. I experienced an initial issue with check in computer needing a reboot. The help phone number was staffed and responded quickly but one wonders about not having anyone there to deal with issues that might pop up. I think you have the price benefit and have to deal with that worry, or book elsewhere. Rondo was very nice barring that hiccup.

United StatesGreat location and nice views from our back room (no.2). Easy remote check in. The self-service and prep breakfast room was fine for us as we bought some items at the local supermarket and stored in common fridge, although capsule coffee , butter and milk available were appreciated. Wil was a great one night stop on our cycle tour and we were able to put our bicycles safely and carefully inside for the night. Much appreciated.

AustriaThe hotel is located on a very beautiful location on the top of a small hill. Very beautiful place and very peaceful you can see the alps from the east especially if you book a room with terrace and we had luck with my husband we got a beautiful big room with terrace so we really enjoyed the view. It was snowing and everything was perfect. The owner and the employees were very nice and helpful the stay in this hotel is better then I expected. Beautiful breakfast, every nice and clean room I will definitely visit again .
