Everything. The staff were amazing - friendly, helpful, and even looked cheerful. Food was awesome. Both the breakfast and dinner were very good. I was surprised at the nice service during breakfast. The fact that you can eat and enjoy the view at the same time was a huge plus. The room was clean and pleasant. Shower was amazing with very strong water pressure and warm/hot water. And the spa! I have never experienced such a pleasant and spectacular spa. They had so many options - the jacuzzi, hot tub, dry sauna, wet sauna, etc. Definitely coming back for the spa. You can even enjoy the scenery during the spa. The view! Probably one of the most beautiful views even in the whole Switzerland. The Blausee lake is right in front of the hotel. A special shoutout to Peter! You were truly helpful and the hotel gave me another reason to come back to Switzerland. Hope to see you again soon!

They had us at the entrance with their genuine, friendly smiles. The atmosphere is really cozy, and they pay attention to all the details. The afternoon snack is a lovely gesture. The view is astonishing from the pool, the restaurant, and the balcony, too. Best location ever. Our servers, Anette and Laszlo, were amazing! Everybody was helpful, sometimes even without our asking. Portions of food are more than sufficient and really tasty. Our dog loved the plush blanket!

Staying in the tent for two nights was truly an unforgettable experience. One of the nights was a thunderstorm, and it was absolutely incredible, cozy, safe, and such a unique way to connect with nature. The second night was colder, but the tent stayed perfectly warm and comfortable throughout the entire night! The host went above and beyond, so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. They made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our stay. We loved taking a dip in the glacier water, warming up in the sauna, and gathering around the campfire. The bathrooms were clean and cooking was super easy with the accessible facilities. The location itself was amazing: surrounded by nature, yet just minutes away from grocery stores and the train station. This spot is the perfect mix of peaceful, natural beauty and pure comfort. A magical way to experience the true heart of Switzerland. Can't recommend it enough!
