It was so peaceful at Pura Lodge. The accommodations were spotless and had great scenery. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They gave us great recommendations on a nearby beach and were quick to respond to anything we needed. I’d come back over and over again!

I love the people that work there. The breakfast is served obviously in the morning. But I had to leave for a meeting before the breakfast started. I was touched because I got my breakfast when I came back in the evening ❤ Also the location is close to the centre and to the University de Concepción, the place I needed to visit. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Concepcion is a large city, like a metropolis. But I could't find for 24/7 services as food and laundry. It's droven me sad. The places around the city ar extremelly beautyful and makes me feel very fine.

A cosmopolitan and vibrant city with many places to explore and enjoy. Both within and outside of Concepción, there are resorts, rivers, beaches, markets, restaurants, and more. And best of all, all the buses will take you there!

There's no security at night.

There's no security at night. I didn't see any police or security personnel at any time after 9:30 pm. I went out for a walk to find somewhere to eat and had to go to McDonald's; there's nothing else around that's decent, quiet, and safe.

I was only there for a short time, so I couldn't really...

I was only there for a short time, so I couldn't really evaluate it. I went to the pharmacy, and the mall was full of guards who wouldn't let you in. Here, you can go into the mall when everything is closed because you're going to the food court, but there you can't. It was like being in a government office; you can't go in, and they'd block your way.

Its university is very beautiful.

Its university is very beautiful. I only traveled there to see the Huáscar, but unfortunately it was undergoing maintenance and I couldn't see it. It's a great city to visit in the summer. I went in the winter and we couldn't see its beaches.

The people were very friendly, and the local cuisine was delicious. Furthermore, the city is very well connected and easy to get around. Without a doubt, it's a destination I would visit again."

Great staff, very friendly. I was not pleased with the first room they wanted to give me and asked for a room on a higher floor. They did, no problem. They helped in many ways: arranged for my bag to be picked up at the airport (bag which made it to Concepción four days late), called cabs for me, held material at the reception desk to be picked up by colleagues... Staff at the bar and restaurant are very friendly and approachable as well. It is fun to sit at the bar.

The location is great in a small fishing village with a nice beach. There is a short hike up a steep hill to the guesthouse but you get rewarded with a gorgeous view from the common area and even more beautiful view from your room. The hosts are super fun and friendly and Miguel makes the best pizza and Pisco Sour in all of Chile :-)

Best location near airport, opposite a mall with many shops and eateries within walking distance. Also close to the main roads leading in and out of Concepcion. Well appointed rooms, excellent restaurant on site with great breakfast included.
