United StatesThe Alaia Hotel is in an idyllic spot on the coast in Punta de Lobos, just south of central Pichilemu. The rooms have large windows facing the coast, making for an unbeatable view. A short walk to the tip of Punta de Lobos provides more great ocean views and is a perfect location to watch surfers tackle the area's famous waves. We found all of the staff at the hotel to be friendly and helpful, especially Nico, and the food at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner was fantastic.

United StatesLocation, exactly what we were looking for. Secluded, quiet, on the beach, away from crowds. The beach area is just amazing. The view from your unit is unobstructed, you just can't get a better view, right from bed! Different seating areas on the property. Kitchen. Comfortable bed. Self-catering. Hot tub and pool. Breakfast came in a basket for you to enjoy in your unit. Just an absolutely beautiful place. If you are looking for noise and entertainment this is not for you. There is a bar and seating area, we did not use (if you require this make sure they will be open for you). I see some rated the wifi low but we had excellent fast wifi.

Pichilemu is usually awesome, however in this stay it was a bit too crowded for my taste; perhaps the fact this past weekend there was a music festival + the summer people, but the town access was terrible and most eating places very crowded; little information updated in the places social network

It was a worst experience in my life unfortunately. I booked and paid for a deluxe room with balcony. Got standard room without balcony. Feel ripped off. In the evening until 11 pm was a live music so loud that we couldn’t hear anything on TV or sleep. We felt like in a club. There is no sound proof walls for this kind of event. There is no information on their website about very loud live music. There is no vine list. Menu is very poor. Sandwiches and curry on the sea side… We left in the night and prefer drive 3 hours back to Santiago then stay there. Lack of interpersonal skills of manager is absolutely shocking. She was very rude and arrogant almost screaming to our back while living the place. Plus on top of that we got threat email after giving bad note experience.

Pichilemy is a beach resort where fishing and surfing are daily life and its main attractions, along with excellent viewpoints overlooking beautiful cliffs. It's a great opportunity to get closer to nature and enjoy time with your partner. There are plenty of shops along the beach offering a variety of delicious food.

Pichilemu, and especially the area from Playa Hermosa to Punta de Lobos, has grown considerably and offers excellent accommodations, hotels, restaurants, crafts, and other amenities that make it a very attractive destination. The spectacle of the giant waves and surfers from all over the world makes it a particularly appealing place.

Great little hotel in the centre of town near the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful. There is no restaurant so breakfast is served in your room, but there is a nice courtyard to relax and eat breakfast in.
There is a great restaurant next door called Polpo.
It's simple and clean and has a lovely atmosphere
Parking during high season near the beach appears to be a nightmare but the hotel has secure parking facilities 2 mins walk away.

Amazing hostel! Super central, so many shops/markets around, 5 minutes to the beach. Common areas are so nice, TV with many channels/can connect Netflix, ping pong, darts even a guitar. Terrace amazing with view of the sea (can literally check the surf from there). Also cheap board rental with the hostel or 20 percent discount at a place on the beach. Was free parking too. Room was clean and had a big window to the street. Amazing stay!

Gabriel was a nice host and is also a surfinstructer. He did a grear job as teacher but also provided a lot of information about good surfingspots and times, when you dont take lessons.
The hostel has a very relaxed vibe and is in a calm aera, but within 10 min. walk its possible to reach the beach, stores and restaurants.
The kitchen has everything you need and the beds are nice and comfy.
A good recommandation for sure.

The place is really great, 5 min from the beach and 5 min from the center. Staff is sooo nice and helpful, we were surrounded by Chilean people and they went out of their way to make us feel at home!
