Little village but very charming.
Little village but very charming. Tunquen beach is amazing, long, wild and non crowded. Great place for the people who like to be close to the nature. It’s not that easy to get here with public transport, the best way to travel around is by car.

Tunquen is perfect for those who want a few days to...
Tunquen is perfect for those who want a few days to disconnect, away from the noise of the city, listening only to the gentle lapping of the ocean waves. It's still quite wild; some streets remain unpaved, only the main road. You can admire the flora and fauna of the wetlands and, on the opposite side, the stunning surf break. Absolutely gorgeous. There's a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

It's a place to go and relax.
It's a place to go and relax. The beach is far away, and swimming isn't allowed, so people spend a lot of time indoors. There aren't any minimarkets or other services nearby either. Keep this in mind when you go. However, it's very peaceful and quiet. Everything is very tidy.

We had lunch very close to Casa Tunquen; it was delicious and offered a variety of dishes. The view was beautiful. We booked in advance to ensure we had a good table (1:30 PM was a very good arrival time). During our stay, they gave us plenty of options to choose from. Since we had a car and knew the area, it was easy to get around.

Beautiful house in a peaceful and secure setting. 10000% recommended to any family looking to relax in a beautiful, quiet place with a special outdoor jacuzzi. The hostess and her husband were very empathetic, responsible, and attentive. A house that exceeded all our expectations.
