The place is comfy, the staff are very kind. I traveled solo and it was very nice of them to be extremely worried in case I needed whatever. I was offered a cup of glass to drink my soda, a plate to serve my food, I was asked if I had slept well and the breakfast was delicious, healthy and with many options to eat. It was a very nice stay and I would definitely go back If I had to.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in Chile! The location is unbeatable, the building and rooms are wonderful, the breakfast is amazing and they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet. Spa could probably use a renovation in the near future but it‘s nice to have one in the first place.

They were nice to me and my family, I also brought my dog with me and they were very friendly to him. It has a very rustic style still is very comfortable, clean and the view is amazing. Gracias Ernesto and friends :) Only one suggestion: maybe adding some stairs so people can get into the tub more easily.
