The Niccolo Chengdu is perfectly located right next to Taikoo Li, an upscale open-air shopping area that also includes the Da'ci Temple. It's also conveniently connected to the IFS (huge shopping mall). The service was excellent—attentive and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and included nightly turndown service, making for a very comfortable stay. The bathroom was also generously sized. The concierge service stood out, with Jon providing outstanding assistance in organizing all of our attraction bookings. Highly recommended!

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

Excellent set at at Ritz Carlton Chengdu. Only initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying two! Amazing, friendly staff who are true 5* standard from the front desk manager to the doormen who helped us with our luggage. Rooms nice and big and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be back. Thank you so much! Kindly upgraded by the staff as well to have a nice view of Chengdu city and rose petals in the room to celebrate an anniversary. Michelle at front desk was very professional and courteous to at check out.

The facility is quite new and fantastic — super clean, well-organized, and overall very comfortable. Everything felt neat and well-maintained, creating a pleasant experience.I experienced some difficulty during check-in. I was asked to pay a deposit that was actually higher than the nightly rate, which had not been mentioned on Booking.com. Additionally, resolving the issue required using Google Translate (English to Chinese), which made the process a bit stressful.

    Wonderful Breakfast selection, plenty of western and chinese options. The swimming pool and gym were of a good quality (both empty when I went). Check in was quick and easy (but I speak chinese) Location is excellent, near the centre of Chengdu and everything you would want to visit. There is a 7 eleven shop downstairs and the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a Wagas and some other restaurants. Clean room and amenities are all good.

    A very high quality service apartment hotel connected to shopping mall and opposite to Cosmo shopping mall that sell trendy clothes for teenagers. Hotel has well-equipped gym and a nice indoor swimming pool. Very helpful hotel staff with great hospitality!

    Perfect experience. The rooms are clean and lots of space. All the family enjoyed a lot the living here. Good breakfast. The kids place, table tennis and swimming pool are really cool. We also enjoyed the walk a long the river just behind the hotel.

    Breakfast wasn't huge, but very good variety. The location was awesome, sandwiched betwee the most popular shopping outlet and classic Chengdu streets. Room was clean, modern and well kept. Great gym and indoor swimming pool. Staff very nice and most of them speaks English well, showing professional standards. Room service twice a day with fruits being constantly refilled. Superb hotel.
