The hotel was really clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff is top level. Rooms are big enough and beds are comfortable. Bathroom facilities are also clean and seems newly renovated. We stayed as 8 guests from all around Europe, and enjoyed the moment. I recommend other people to stay in this hotel if they are planning to visit Huangshan mountains. Hotel can also supports you to find a shuttle from train staiton or airport or even they will provide a briefing about the trekking routes & rain coats. just inform them about your trip they they will take care of you whole time.

I feel very happy to stay in this place, the hotel is quite new and clean, comfy, I also like the location as it sits in a quiet street with only a few steps away the main busy street. Especially I would recommend the owner family coz they have been very hospitable all through my trip time and I felt really enjoyable about all around of the stay here.

Outstanding accommodation with a lot of care and style. Super host, warm and honest. Super luxury room with Japanese style tea bay - can't be better. The host is amazing and shared her tea culture with me, and she gave me insight about chinese culture and food too. The room was very comgy, warm and had a designated tatami area. Totally recommend this place if you want to hike on beautifull huangshan!

    Sunny has been an amazing host! She managed everything for us in Huangshan and helped us a lot during our first days in China as non-Chinese speakers - she even booked trains for us anticipating the cost. The hotel is beautiful and we also got some delicious tea her husband produces. Overall, I strongly recommend staying at Cloudy Warm Hotel for the beautiful location, amazing service and kind welcome

    The host was extremely nice and helped us to organise the visit to the mountains, he constantly checked on us to make sure everything was okay and he was very friendly and caring. The hotel is very cute, the rooms are clean and cozy, they also have a common area in the lobby where it’s possible to play games and have some drinks!

    The people of the hotel were very friendly and helped me plan my trip to the mountain. I could store my luggage in the hotel and they even helped me get a ride back to the train station. The rooms is very clean and modern. The hotel is kind of hard to find, but just ask people on the street.

    Super helpful hotel staff! They spoke fluent English and helped us to plan the hikes for 2 days around, their suggestions were great and time predictions were pretty accurate. The food in the restaurant was simple amazing! Recommend everyone to have lunch/dinner if you stay there.
