The hotel itself is beautiful, with elegant decor and an inviting atmosphere. The linens were luxuriously soft and high quality, making for a very comfortable stay. One unexpected highlight: the shampoo smelled amazing—just like pineapple gummy bears! Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and convenience.

Shenzhen is a modern and welcoming city with incredibly friendly and helpful people. Despite the language barrier, many locals used their phones to translate and went out of their way to help us navigate and find our way. The city features large open spaces, impressive modern architecture, and enormous shopping malls—almost too big for my taste! The food was milder and more Western-style than expected, rather than traditional strong Chinese flavors. Transportation was excellent and very affordable, with most trips costing around 2 yuan and our longest ride only 6 yuan. The weather was perfect for the season, and we always felt safe and relaxed while walking around the city, unlike some other major cities around the world. Overall, Shenzhen is friendly, safe, efficient, and extremely modern.

The price is very reasonable, so don't expect a luxury experience. Location is excellent, you can walk to subway and railway stations, thus, go anywhere with ease. Staffs were helpful and friendly, entire property was kept reasonably clean. The room is on the small side, and you may have to struggle with your luggage a bit.
Overall, we were happy with the value received.

Shenzhen is a modern city with many highrise buildings and tourist spots. Visited Window of the world, Splendid China, and went round sightseeing using Hop On Hop Off buses. Could have stayed longer as three days are too short to really know the city well.

First time visiting shenzhen china. Highly impressed by the experience and such a great atmosphere in the local community. The people are friendly and welcoming. The variety of food was a highlight of the visit. There’s also plenty of great activities to do during the day or night. The Mission Hills golf facility is a must do and see, even if you don’t play golf there is so much to see and do and the gardens and variety of nature is amazing. The Shenzhen city technology center is awesome and a great place to visit for anyone interested in buying tech equipment.
The Langham, Shenzhen was an excellent place to stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful in a professional manner, nothing was a problem and they made sure that the guests were healthy, happy, and safe. I would definitely recommend a visit and a stay at the Langham, Shenzhen. Make sure to stay as long as possible. As an English speaker from Australia, the language barrier was not a problem. A very enjoyable visit, and highly recommend exploring Shenzhen province. Thank you.

Shenzhen is a Modern City with lots of young Infrastructure and lots of places to visit . Visit the Huaqiang Market for electronics, visit Dongmen shopping area for shopping as many items are available at a very reasonable price.

Perfect location. Right next to Shenzhen North Railway station (Shenzhenbei railway station) and Shenzhen North station (metro). All the Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent service. Very clean and comfortable bed. High water pressure. Love the laundry facilities. We will definitely use this hotel again . Big thanks to staff Jiang Ke for her excellent service and assistance. Housekeeping staff were also fantastic.

Good location ten minutes from Sea World metro connecting to airport and both train stations in 45 mins, plus plenty of lively nightlife, street food, bars and restaurants. Hotel is an oasis of calm with an outstanding restaurant very popular with local young professionals and serving a high class breakfast. Staff were very professional and welcoming, trying their best to get over language barrier.
