The hotel and natural surroundings are breathtaking!! Incredible views from the rooms and infinity pool and the entire property is well cared for, and we were made to feel at home in every moment with personalized attention, service and quality. It’s a magical place, peaceful and unique. The owners and staff all went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect and there were very accommodating for me and my family, as well as flexible to make sure we had the best experience possible. Breakfast & all meals well prepared and delicious. Staff was very courteous and attentive to the needs of the guests. The decoration and remodeling of the hacienda was very attractive. Room and property were very clean and attractive.

I did not like anything about this hotel, I left after spending 3 hours there so I did not have the breakfast. I did have to pay for this room however. Plus I had a visitor for 2 hours so I was charged an additional 60000 pesos or 15 dollars for my guest.
