The staff was excellent and assisted us with anything we needed. The view was breathtaking and amenities were on par. Chilling in the pool taking in the view of the sunset over the valley was exceptional.

We loved this place, the tranquility , the nature and history around it, the hospitality of their staff, the comfort of our stay and delicious traditional breakfast. Maria Teresa is an excellent host, communication was swift from day one, she assisted us with all our questions, gave us recommendations to the various activities in the area and was very attentive throughout our stay. Her son Felipe gave us the Coffee Farm Tour showing us the coffee selection/process in their own family farm which has over a century of existence. The “finca” is exactly as shown in the pictures, traditional, comfortable and clean. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a traditional Colombian Coffee Farm. Our children loved it so much that they refer to it as the “Encanto” house. We will come back !

Everything! The property was big and comfortable! It has great views of nature. The staff and owners of the property were really kind and were always asking if we needed something! Mr. Alejandro picked us up in the town and took us to the Hotel. He, his wife Mercedes, and his son Juan David were amazing! The food was delicious. I will definitely stay again.
