Since we were on work we did not spent much time at the Hotel but customer service was very well managed and appointed Thanks to Lourdes and Staff to have made our Stay very pleasant A good loving care makes you feel like a true guest Breakfast good and all the facilities very functional Gracias por todo

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our time. The place is very close to the beach, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. What we appreciated the most, however, was the kindness and warmth of Dennis and Karina—they are truly wonderful people. We will be back!

Our stay in Hotel Casa Buenavista was amazing. Welcome was great and friendly, room decoration was superb, location was close to the beach with an impressive bay an not crowdy. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel, was very convenient. Swimming pools were perfect too.

Hotel Peace & Lodge is a slice of heaven. Stunning view of mountains, jungle and sea. You feel so at peace totally surrounded by nature including stunning sunrises as well as extraordinary moon rises and stargazing. Very professional, friendly and attentive staff team led by Josue! Ali who looked after the grounds and Manuel in the kitchen couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Little pool was perfect for our morning dip and kids playing. The AC in the rooms worked great, the showers had lots of hot water, rooms were clean! Yummy daily breakfast every morning in the plein-air patio overlooking paradise. This lodge is a gem and we will be back. You do need a 4 x 4 vehicle and you need to be a confident driver to get to this spot as it's up a very windy and steep gravel road but it is worth it! Easy to do day trips and activities like horseback riding, snorkeling, dolphin watching, ziplining, hanging at beach in and around Samara (20 min drive from lodge). The lodge doesn't currently serve lunch or dinner but might soon! We did have a mini-fridge so could keep some snacks there.

Location- between Playa Carrillo and Samara beaches. Away (but not too far) from town so it was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful rooms and common areas. Pool was perfect! Excellent breakfast in the open air restaurant. Don’t miss the Saturday market in Samara! Best part- meeting and talking with Loyda at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, professional at her job, and very easy to chat with! To learn more about a local’s life there really enriched our trip to Costa Rica!

Absolutely loved our stay. Hotel is in a prime location between two beaches--Samara and Carillo, we chose to drive to Carillo beach since it was very close and had better views. However, could also stroll to Samara beach through the road near the hotel. Room was very clean and perfect for our needs. Staff was very kind and helpful. Free breakfast was perfect for slow mornings before heading to the beach. 10/10 highly recommend!

The place had a very homey feel with lovely staff working here. I liked the proximity to the beach, only a very short walk and that the hotel is in the nature away from all the hustle and bustle. The breakfast was good and generous and restaurant for evening meals was very good as well. I think it was the best place I stayed on my trip to Costa Rica. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Leyenda is a beautiful oasis of beauty and tranquility. The grounds are filled with lush greenery and beautiful trees. The dinning room is open to incredible views of the mountains and lush gardens of the property. The swimming pools are clean and water condition excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, varied and fresh.

This is the perfect place to stay for a few days R&R. Nice and quiet, yet just a short walk to the town. It was lovely having the provided breakfast pretty much right on the beach every morning. The self-contained apartment was fabulous! Very roomy and the kitchen was well kitted out if we wanted to cook. The blender for homemade pina coladas was a nice touch!

I had to work for the week, and they met my expectations. It was right on the water which was nice.

Great location in town and close to beach

Well kept property and very clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It is a short walk to the city center and the beach. You can book a breakfast at additional cost. We tried out different external breakfast options and liked Malehu the most for its great coffee. Sun umbrellas and chairs can be borrowed, which was awesome. Our room was very nice, much nicer than shown in the photos.

The staff at this property are super great! Room was clean and spacious. The location is perfect and has parking.

Cool place, perfect location in Samara !

Incredibly beautiful gardens and public spaces, with hammocks, chairs, and tables and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool, surrounded by tropical plants, flowers, and birds. Truly peaceful place to hang out, far enough from the road to mask traffic noise. The room was charming, with plenty of space to hang clothes, and a bathroom with beautiful stone details and plenty of hot water in the solar heated shower. The whole place has a great emphasis on sustainability and the natural surroundings. The staff as well as the other guests were so friendly and helpful, making this the perfect place to stay in Sámara.

The access to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. Frederica offered daily morning yoga which my wife loved. The pool and the shaded ground floor balcony was a welcome relief from the sun.
