Sebastián was very friendly and helpful with getting to and from the lodge as well as booking the tours. The room is very spacious and clean. You can hear the howler monkeys, birds and insects in the night, and you feel closer to nature.

Cathy was a perfect hostess. She met us at the beach and arranged for our luggage to be carried up the hill. The tours she arranged for us were excellent. The casita is right in town and an easy walk to many restaurants. Monkeys and birds visited right outside the door. Cathy provides everything you need including games and umbrellas, coverups for the beach or snorkeling and a hose to rinse off your shoes after your water landing or hike. The Drake trail is just a few yards away and I enjoyed my walk there.

This is a magical place! I am so glad I stopped by there for a little bit before going to Drake Bay. The place was clean and spacious for a family. It has its own kitchen, two rooms, living room and bathroom.The balconies offered great views and bird watching. The private little natural pools were charming and safe. The hike Gabriel took me on was very adventurous, but he was there to help me or slow down when I needed to.Lots of beauty to take in.The food was excellent, and asking for vegan meals was not a problem. I felt safe the entire time and cared for. It's an easy stop by the boat from Sierpe. You just get off at Pailon. It was the first stop for me, and Gabriel drove me to, and from the lodge through scenic streams, about 20 minutes ride. When I was ready to leave the daily scheduled boat picked me up and took me to Drake bay. I highly recommend visiting, this place and people, it is a gem, you will not be disappointed if you are looking for peaceful relaxation in nature.
