Family owned and operated. The family was so welcoming and showed us so much hospitality! They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special! Brand new everything! Rooms were beautiful! Pool was beautiful and price was unbeatable!! Hotel is walking distance/right in downtown. Each room has their own terrace / sitting area. Nicest hotel in the area!

The hotel is wonderful. It is a small, boutique hotel with rooms that are good sized and well-appointed. The staff quickly learns your name and how you like things (e.g., when housekeeping comes to the room, how much milk you want in your coffee). All of the employees are very personable and committed to the guests' enjoyment of their stay. The hotel is on a beach, literally, and the sunsets are magnificent. Lots of activities are available directly through the hotel -- we took a sunset cruise and experienced bioluminescence during a magical evening that started and ended right in front of the hotel. Food and service are excellent. By the way, the flan should not be missed!!!

The location was great, close to the beach but also quiet. The room was wonderful and clean. The staff were great, welcoming and clear with directions and asking about how to best be there for me. Beautiful spot right on the beach with an open air restaurant and bar. Grounds were lush. Beach had very few people each day. The staff were incredibly friendly. Johnathan was so kind to our children at dinner and encouraged them to speak Spanish. Alexis greeted us every morning at breakfast and shared about their culture. Roy arranged some great tours for us. Jairo was the most kind and attentive person.

We loved everything about the property. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. There are 2 huge pools with a swim up bar. The hotel is very exclusive and the property surroundings is well maintained. When we got there, we practically had the pool to ourselves. There’s a great variety of snacks. The landscaping was so well Maintained and was just gorgeous The pool was super clean and inviting, not to mention the pool man was a great added feature! The front desk lady was so nice and Carlos was so helpful with our questions and helped us with our luggage! We are going back in a few days to stay again!
