The owner, Juan, was so delightful, welcoming and sweet. There are only a few villas so the pool scene was low key and the pool was ours!

The keys were at a mini market 25 meters away from the property. The help desk gentleman was extremely kind and always greeted us with a big smile. Every time I had a question I would just text the host and within minutes he would reply back. The place was more than outstanding, my wife liked the kitchen, my kids loved the pool, my pets enjoyed the big place where they could run, jump and play. I personally enjoyed the BBQ area, the lovely hammock and the night show - a bunch of stars and constellations during the whole night. Great for shooting star season!!!

Situated in San Juanillo in the Guanacaste region, casa de playa Paraíso terrenal features a terrace and mountain views. This accommodation features a patio and parking lot. Big garden and nice pool for the kids. Lots of butterflies and fireflies aswell. Perfectley close to ostional. Location is great Owner is very communicative and did find a way to meet in the middle because of cat allergy.

The small private pool, when clean, is cute and deep, around 5 feet deep, 10' by 10'. It has a dolphin tap to fill it which is also cute. The mango tree on the property actually yields small edible fruit, which we tried. The fridge was quite cold and the freezer froze things completely, a welcome surprise and useful for freezing water bottles overnight to take to the beach. The upstairs breeze deck was cool and breezy. The separate bathroom was clean and the shower had good pressure. No hot water, but none was needed due to the very hot temperatures in March. The grounds were well-kept by a gardener who came daily.

Casa Jacinto, a property with a garden, is set in San Juanillo, 1.5 km from Pleito Beach. Host was super friendly and helpful. House has security gate with parking space. Nice yard and covered outside sitting area. We were able to enjoy our dinner outside even when raining. Has a washing machine, which is great because we went to the beach (we didn't know how to use it but host send someone immediately to help us). Great air conditioning in main area. Great WiFi. I think it had good streaming service (Netflix) but we didn't watch TV. My kids really like the decorations. Very usable kitchen (we only made simple meals). Has 2 full bathrooms. Overall a great stay for my family of 5 (3 nights).
