This is an amazing, beautiful and fun resort located on one of the most special beaches in Costa Rica. the room was clean, the staff was kind and welcoming all the time. the pools and areas in the hotel are absolutely perfect for anyone wishing to have a good escape. highly recommended.

The place is truly amazing and the staff extremely nice. It is so worth it to spent time there. I just wish we could have stayed longer. To me, it is the best place in all Costa Rica. I will only return there. We loved the house with the pool surrounding by the beautiful nature with monkeys, birds and the beautiful and intimate beaches near by. This place is a treasure. There is also a great restaurant near by with stunning view. Go there and then you won’t be able to go anywhere else.

Incredible value, you could easily pay twice this for the stay, don’t let the low price pit you off, you are getting a bargain! location very close to beach, lovely owners who went the extra mile. The owner, who works very hard to keep the property in good condition and customers happy, very kindly did a load of washing for us at no charge which was very much appreciated. Beautiful breakfast which was also plentiful and served to order. Beach supplies such as beach towels, bug spray, body boards and deck chairs also available to borrow which was very useful and kind.

Generally quiet, even next to the highway. We were greeted by the owner's two teenage sons. Clearly managers in training. The kitchen beside the pool was well equipped for our breakfast of cold cereal. There is a hot plate and BBQ which we did not try out. Both beds were pushed against the walls. We were able to move the double bed away from the wall and use the side chair so both sides of the bed could have a bedside table of sorts. Towels are thick, soft.and absorbant. Shower is slow to heat but then warm.

Hotel Huacas is a wonderful new place to stay in Huacas, Guanacaste! The rooms and property are very clean and look great — everything feels fresh and well taken care of. The owners are incredibly kind and go out of their way to make you feel at home. You can really see how much they care about their guests.     I stayed in the area only a part of my stay and moved on. The beach here is superior to other areas for sure. And this is defiantly a stay in your resort opportunity. near by resultants are best for dining options don't eat on property.

    We stayed at Reserva Conchal with access to their beach...

    We stayed at Reserva Conchal with access to their beach complete with beach chairs, towels, a gym and a restaurant. The beach itself was beautiful and plenty of space. Waters are fairly calm but with a bit of an undertow so watch the children.

    Wow! What a fantastic villa! It features an incredible open sitting area with a plunge pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping arrangements are excellent, with a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom accessible through one entrance, and additional bedrooms and washrooms through a second entrance – all beautifully decorated. The host was welcoming and responded promptly to any questions. The villa is very close to Playa Conchal, a gorgeous beach. We strongly recommend choosing this accommodation instead of a hotel.

    We stayed for three nights in this place. The “villa” we got was very spacious and situated in the jungle. We stayed as a family of four and enjoyed having a fully equipped kitchen to cook our own meals and fix our own breakfast. Close to nice beaches - especially playa real which we named pirate beach, as well as playa Conchal - a 500m drive. From there you can walk through the whole bay to get to some nice snorkelling - and the area that gave the beach its name: a beach with no sand but just shells. Magic.

    It’s in the middle of a beautiful forest and right next to the beach which is white sand. The hotel design is marvelous, the rooms are spacious ; the beach bar and cocktails are great. Enough space for everyone, so it doesn’t feel crowded. The beds and pillows are conformance and very soft. The breakfast had a huge variety for everyone
