Hotel Gold is located in a municipal park on the banks of the Vltava river, close to the historical centre of Český Krumlov. Great location!!! Lovely large room. Very quiet area although close to the centre of Cesky Krumlov and many restaurants. Breakfast was lovely with a good selection. Staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely go back there!!

With a historic heritage dating back to the 19th century, this hotel is conveniently located directly in the heart of Ceský Krumlov, within easy distance of the castle and chateau. At arrival we got upgraded to a better room for free, which was very nice. The breakfast was exceptional and the view from our room beautiful. We could easily reach any part of the city from our hotel by foot.

The equipment of the room is beautiful. The location is amazing. However, pay attention to the parking, which needs to be booked in advance, otherwise you have to park in the captured parking lots - I recommend in front of hockey stadium. It's about as far as the captive but the price is significantly different.

Villa Conti is located in the historical centre of this UNESCO-protected town, only 200 metres from the main entrance of the chateau, and offers you rooms of outstanding romance. Everything was amazing!) The room is not so spacious as it's a very old building but all the rest was excellent! The owner and host is a very nice guy, we loved everything about our stay. Just don't forget to check your email before check in to figure out how to get into the place.

Cesky Krumlov has a lot to see, architecturally and historical sites. It gets crowded about 10:30-11:00 am when bus loads of tourists come in for the day. If at all possible, spend at least 1 night (we stayed 3, and still had things to see). This way you get to enjoy the city after the tour buses leave in the afternoon. Apparently summertime is packed, so off season is better if you want some breathing space.

Great city, for me more beutiful than Prague. Food in restaurants was great and the prices also are better than in Prague. Beautiful old city, the castle, bars and restaurants located in old basements or in old buildings have amazing atmosphere. Next thime i come for longest time.

the hotel is beautiful, well positioned, great decor. the room is stunning, clean, very comfortable, but the pillows are terrible - hotel definitely needs better pillows. the shower has great pressure and is something i'm always concerned with, so this hotel had it all!! no complaints except for the pillows. the room is spacious enough for a long term stay and very conveniently positioned in town

Absolutely amazing during Christmas time, I would give it at least three full days to take in the snowy beauty. But I want to return in May because I can imagine what kind of a paradise it would be. The bus ride is long and boring especially if there is traffic, snow or some delay in the in-between stops but the train is only available for morning departures from Prague (also more expensive). If you plan to visit Prague make sure you give this gem a couple of days, too!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind to us. The location of the hotel was perfect if you travelled by car, because the P1 parking is very close and you can pay for it in the hotel, making it very simple and relatively cheap to park in the city centre which would be difficult otherwise. The rooms were clean and most of them were spacious, only one was very small but the balcony it had to the river and the castle made up for that. The breakfast was perfect, everyone could find something they like and the food was delicious.

We stayed at hotel Gold for one night and it is exceptional! We had a room with river view which is amazing! We requested an aditional bed, everything was clean and very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. The hotel is almost at the town centre and it was a few minutes walk from the castle of Cesky Krumlov. We arrived by car and having a parking by the hotel was very convenient.
