Everything is amazing... amazing lively and lovely people with huge hearts and a family atmosphere . Love it here. The castle itself is ancient and important in central Europe history. The park is epikkk. . The food was absolutely absolutely delicious and is the best in the Erzgebirge...I swear every day of my time here I was blown away.

Once again, we had a superb stay. This was our second stay. The location is awesome, we were just a few steps from all important spots. Friendly and always helpful staff were very much appreciated. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bedding smells like it has just been washed. Loooved the clean beds! The restaurant Gate that is a part of the complex was absolute top! The food was exquisite (please, give your chef our compliments) and the staff were professional and friendly. We LOVED our stay! :-) Keep up the great job!

I don’t think you can compare this hotel to the 5star hotels in big cities but for a smaller town it is as good as it gets. The receptionist was very lovely and helpful. We had the VIP apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
