The room itself was well appointed Had everything I like- hot water for coffee, a fridge, a nice shower and comfy bed Unfortunately the thing it lacked was ac and it was steaming hot I’m sure in cool weather it’s a great place but during hot months it’s a problem They did provide fans and this did help Lovely restaurant and staff Great place to store bikes I’d stay again I cool weather

The location is very decent from Brno center, 2 tram stops, close also by walking, very nice park just out of the building, in near location is also grocery and pizza restaurant. We really enjoyed sunny terrace, we had there breakfast and dinner and I had there morning yoga. Accommodation was exactly what we were looking for, one separate room with doors for kids and living room for us (parents). Sleeping room has curtains, so you really had a dark place to sleep, bedding was clean. WIFI was working as expected and kids very happy about Netflix ;)
