Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

Breakfast is great that come with a good variety of choices and dishes, definitely recommend to add breakfast to the stay. Easy parking that the hotel reserves parking space for us and it’s just a very short walk between the parking lot and hotel. Check-in and parking directions were given in details even with pictures provided that made living in the old town area easy. Staff are all welcoming, helpful and friendly. I like our room with a balcony that overlooked the old town, impeccable location. It’s a hotel with some ages yet I like the vintage touch of the deco in the room.

Everything amazing. Has clearly features of a 5* hotel: excellent reception with welcome drinks and sweets, staff show the hotel around, amazing breakfast (both because of quantity and quality), goodbye water bottle, pillow menu, welcome chocolates in the room, heated floor in bathroom, they gave us cold fruit slices while in the sauna (that was an AMAZING point), nice spa.... Also, had a little problem with the temperature of the room, and it was fixed in 15 min. Excellent service!

I like everything The hotel's location is very great, close to Spa 5 and in the heart of the area. The building is beautiful and its decorations are even more beautiful. The room was very large and elegant. I really liked the treatment and elegance of the hotel owner, her humility and her constant presence for the comfort of the customers. The breakfast is wonderful, the service is wonderful and everyone who works in the hotel is cooperative. I will come back and stay in the same hotel soon.relay i feel that i am with my family in my house 💖💕
