Janske Lazne is a ski resort which is not very suitable for beginners, in the sense that there are relatively few blue slopes. They do have beginner area's, but they are not in the main area, 5 minutes by bus away from the Gondola. The Gondola only takes 7 minutes and you have a nice 10-15 minute downhill (skiing average). Friendly people and good restaurants on the slopes. The number of restaurants in the village itself is limited. The rooms are spacious and modern. The beds are very good. Breakfast is nice with much variety , and they are refilling the breakfast non stop. We booked the hotel with half board.
