Hotel Stein Elbogen is located in a building where owners of the oldest porcelain factory in Bohemia used to live. Guests can relax besides a fireplace, on a sun terrace or in a calm hotel garden. Great location and good good value. The rooms are spacious and exceptionally clean. The breakfast is worth it.
Located in Loket, 328 feet from Castle Loket, Pension Masonic House features a terrace and views of the river. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The hotel is also a museum and there is an option to stay in the museum which can be converted into a hotel bedroom. This is what we decided to do. It was an unforgettable experience! The room ended up being an entire 4 room apartment with secret society memorabilia everywhere, including mannequins wearing secret society garb. Extremely creepy! But that gave it the eerie atmosphere of staying in a haunted hotel. We loved it. The location couldn't have been better. In the main square close to the Loket castle. Staff were friendly and always available. Breakfast was fine, perhaps not 4 star quality, but good enough for us.
This family-run guest house is located in the historical center of Loket, 492 feet from Loket Castle. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking in front of the building. The location is exceptional. In the very centre of this lovely town. Parking is possible next to the hotel. The room was clean and just ideal. Staff was very helpful. My personal highlight was the restaurant. Amazing beer and my meal was outstandingly good! The breakfast was also very delicious!
Just 656 feet from Loket Castle, Penzion Ve Skale is located in the small town of Loket, 5 mi from Karlovy Vary. It offers castle views and free WiFi access in all rooms. Great central location in the heart of the historic town. Nice private rooms, with a great view of the castle. Self service kitchen so you save money on eating out. Stayed during crisis and the owner was very accommodating.
Beautiful and quaint fairytale-esque town. The castle was fun to explore. I loved walking along the river and visiting the goats. I enjoyed Pizza na Růžku. The wait was long, but the goid food was worth it.
I went for Loket castle, which was very well presented and maintained, BUT I loved the town. Another charming, picturesque Czech town. The Pivovar was exceptional. The location of the town; the bus stop with a quick walk across the bridge... I would loved to have stayed longer and will return. To dine and drink coffee in the many restaurants on the town square. There was as still autumn color in late October, but I’m sure spring and all seasons are lovely here.
Excellent place. Amazing historical center and Castle. Nice walking in Loket forrests and surroundings. Very good cultural events in natural amphitheatre. Restaurant Atmosfera is a good place to eat.
Stunning little town with a lot of history but not too touristy. There is a lot to explore within the town itself but we added a little canoeing experience through Svatošské skály to Karlovy Vary which was also a lot of fun ;) The only think we couldn't find was a breakfast place that would do savory meals (not just coffee and cake) or a nice bakery.
Tiny compact town with a magnificent castle - a good place for a rest. It is a good alternative to visit Karlovy Vary straying in Loket instead visit Loket staying in Karlovy Vary (Karlovy Vary can be reached by public transport).
Beautiful, quaint town perched high on an elevated meandre of a slow flowing river. The selection of country walks around is vast and some can be sporty as it's hilly. The surroundings are a paradise for cyclists (mountain or vtc bike). The town itself is pretty.
