The location was perfect and the hotel was nice. The only small detail that was not ideal was that the garage was 50m away from the hotel building, underground and for reaching your car you would need to ask for the garage door remote at the reception, but the staff was very kind and helpfull also in regards to this.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Obviously recently renovated so all the facilities are brand new as well. The staff were professionals, friendly and gave us a lot of advice about the currency, places to see, transportation, etc. The breakfast was worth the extra cost as there is a buffet with a variety of fresh food (you can eat as much as you like) and you can order a coffee and a menu item which were also very well made. Their pannacotta is the best. Location is great, you can hear the peacocks from the park nearby, the tram stop is a very short walk from there and you can easily walk to most of the sights. A much quieter neighborhood compared to the other side of the bridge. I would definitely book the same place again but would probably choose a cheaper room.

FAQs about hotels in Prague

Discover the Magic of Prague

The Czech capital is nothing short of magical, with Prague’s countless bridges, cathedrals, domes and castles reflected in the Vltava River. Thankfully, the city escaped most of WWII’s destruction, leaving the rich history and fairytale facade of this Bohemian city intact.

Prague Castle is the largest ancient castle complex in the world and the St. Vitus Cathedral is a stunning example of Gothic architecture. The Cathedral’s lookout tower rewards those willing to climb 300 steps with the best view of the city.

Walking through the cobblestone streets of the Mala Strana district will bring you to the Charles Bridge. Prague’s beautiful 14th-century monument buzzes with musicians and local crafts sales. The Astronomical Clock, Tyn Church, and Storch building of Old Town compete for popularity with the neoclassical Estate Theatre and the Czech National Museum.

The cafes and restaurants of Wenceslas Square are great for people watching and the Franz Kafka house, the Old New Synagogue and Frank Gehry’s Dancing House are perfect for soaking up history.

Flights arriving at Vaclav Havel International Airport will be in the city center after a short subway ride. For historic hotels, cheap hostels or charming apartments head to Booking.com for nearly 700 accommodations in Prague.

What Guests Said About Prague:

10

Prague pleasantly surprised us.

Prague pleasantly surprised us. It's clean, charming, with prices about 20–30% lower than our hometown. In just two full days we explored the Kafka and Mucha museums, the main historic streets and squares, Vyšehrad, and even the catacombs. We enjoyed cozy cafés, historic restaurants, and unique themed taverns, and stocked up on Czech beer and cola. Overall, Prague feels like an “Eastern Paris” at its best: magical, windy, and irresistibly attractive.

Prague is a very interesting city, historically very important and culturally very rich, a city with medieval aspects, its old buildings, many museums, squares, and parks. A very safe, clean, and lively city, with streets full of interesting places to visit, very polite and helpful people, with attractive prices for shopping and stays.

We spent four incredible days walking the old medieval parts of Prague. This amount of time allowed for relaxed walks to inspect the Castle Quarter, Little Quarter, Old Town Quarter, and the Jewish Quarter. I previously use the public transportation (very good) but chose to walk to the various Quarters this visit. Highly recommend seeing Prague - perhaps our favorite Medieval City!
