The hotel is located in beautiful valley overlooking ski slopes. Hotel has a very cozy feeling, is family and pets friendly. We booked a private wellness and enjoyed outdoor jacuzzi with beautiful views as well as nice sauna. Lobby is quite modern and it was nice to relax with some drinks in front of the floating fireplace. Staff was really friendly and our receptionist Kamila was very helpful. Breakfast is included in the price and has a great selection. We also dined in their own restaurant and the food was delicious.

Great service at the restaurant, as well as in Wellness area. Comfortable rooms, nice view from the balcony and beautiful outside spaces too. Pool, saunas and hot tub are great and open from 10AM to 10PM. Chef in Orange le Moon restaurant is amazing and can recommend getting lunch, not only breakfast.

As two families with children, we found ourselves enveloped in warmth and hospitality from the moment we arrived (Once again, thank you for the wonderful dinner you provided in our room, as we arrived late at night). The rooms, adorned in Czech old-style charm, were not only immaculately clean but also incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy haven after adventurous days of skiing. The private spa was a delightful retreat, and the massages were truly rejuvenating. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the culinary experience. From the sumptuous breakfast spreads to the mouthwatering dinners blending French and Czech flavors, every meal was a gastronomic delight. The local wines perfectly complemented the exquisite dishes, making dining a memorable affair. The hotel’s amenities catered to every member of our group. The billiard and chess room provided hours of entertainment for adults, while the infant room ensured the little ones were well taken care of. Additionally, the serene location near the forest offered breathtaking views of the Medvedin mountain, providing easy access to hiking trails in the summer and ski lifts in the winter. Convenience was key during our stay, with the bus stop and ticket booth for the sledge slide conveniently located nearby. The seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty left us longing to return.

This is probably the best hotel to stay in Spindleruv. What an amazing choice. 1. Hotel and Location: the building is an historic building, well built with double sided windows for more confort. The elevator works perfectly and has a concierge all day long. It has a ski room to store your gear at the entrance of the hotel. The location is perfect because it's in the center, next to all good restaurants and the "centrum" ski bus station that takes you everywhere for free. 2. Rooms: the rooms are very confortable and our family room had amazing views of the mountains and ski resort. It is very clean, great quality towels and beds. Lots of space to store your ski outfits. We had a family room. It has 2 bedrooms and a living room that is inside the main room. Very confortable and perfect for a family of 4. It has a huge TV perfect to watch movies with all the family. It also has expresso coffee from Illys and tea and a mini bar. It has huge bathtub and a shower. Their blowdrier is very good. No need to bring one. Really nothing is missing. 3. Staff: all the Staff from the Reception, to the restaurant and spa are kind and eager to find you every solution for everything you need. They really go the extra mile. Even if sometimes they don't speak english, they find someone who does and make sure they can communicate with you. 4. Spa: Massages: I just had the best massage of my life. The aroma oil one. It is a Thai masseuse that does it and does it perfectly. Pool and sauna: besides the massages, the hotel has a heated pool and a jacuzzi that are amazing. It also has 3 different kinds of sauna and a cold bulky shower. Perfect for an after ski afternoon. As a hotel guest you can stay 2 hours for free. 5.Restaurant: The breakfast is very complete and good quality. The coffee is perfect, the eggs are real eggs and the bread is fresh. There is a lit of everything for all tastes and the staff is amazing. You can book your table for your whole stay.
