Once inside the place, it was a fantastic place and was very nice and cozy. The host was super, super nice and attentive. Beds were nice, place was clean, and it met our needs. Internet was good and the TVs were great to have. Showers were top notch too.

The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, and clean and the staff was very accommodating. They checked in each day to see if we'd need anything. The kids toys were an added bonus. I think we got upgraded to a different nicer room because of some technical reason, so I'm not sure if this reflects the exact room we booked, but I am sure with the level of detail, comfort, and cleanliness that the original room would have also been fantastic. There were so many family friendly details that made this easy with small kids. (2 and 4)

This place was fantastic and spotless. The lounge area, which also serves breakfast, had coffee and tea all day long. Our room was cozy and quite spacious. For breakfast, they had three cooked-to-order options. I tried two of them, and both were delicious. Our room faced the tram tracks, so we kept the window shut but opened the bathroom window for some fresh air. Surprisingly, the street noise was less than I thought it would be. A couple of highlights: the staff was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator, and they were ready to help us even after 10 PM when we arrived. We decided to take care of it in the morning instead. The beds were incredibly comfy; once I lay down, I didn’t want to get up! I would definitely recommend this place!

Very clean, all needed equipment was in place. Nicely furnished. Easy parking. Free tea as part of stay was nice, as on Sunday morning places in Hlučin are closed.
