Easy online check-in. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was tasty. Location is close to Nisa Mall, which has a big supermarket, restaurants, and stores. And of course, private parking.

Though not located in the city center, the hotel was close to Jested mountain (ski area) with a nice playground. The hotel was in incredibly beautiful nature setting. The hotel itself was new, modern and clean. We had a car but I discovered a tram nearby that would take you to the Liberec city center, ZOO and Aqua Park. Nicely staffed with polite and helpful staff. English was perfectly spoken. Like most European hotels the rooms FFfit only two people but our SUITE had a child’s nook. Well, our 16 year old grandson had to curl up to fit and we had to purchase additional room for my daughter with her little one. There was lovely large outdoor space including a children’s playhouse but the most important and wonderful part of our stay way was the children’s room fully equipped with toys, puzzles and books. Potty and child’s stepping stool to reach sinks. Did I mention a great breakfast?

We really liked staff who worked there. There was a nice lady at the recpetion who gave us wine glasses and robes for free. Also, the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The location is amazing, few meters from bus station and few minutes form city centre. Overall, very pleasant experience, we enjoyed our stay in Liberec

Very nice apartment with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable, pleasant. Great location, within walking distance from town square, restaurants, museums, zoo, botanical garden and university. We enjoyed the botanical garden (free pass from host!) and the Museum of North Bohemia. Restaurant below apartment was delicious! Roman met us at check-in and was very helpful.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The apartment is clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a minute or two from all city attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. Parking is in a safe, fenced area, which meant a lot to me since I came by motorcycle. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The only downside was the internet speed, but with mobile data as a backup, it wasn’t a problem. I would happily stay here again.
