We flew into Frankfurt 2 nights ago. We were headed to Fuessen to visit the castles and were looking for a midpoint to spend the night due to the late arrival of our flight. We found a hidden gem in the Neue Post. It is located in a picturesque village called Leutershausen. There is an in tact city wall on both sides of the main road. The vies from the main road are postcard worthy.

Everything... in a small country town in nature, very friendly staff, nice big room, big TV, good bed and pillow, good and enough towels, super clean bathroom, nice sitting area, nice balcony with table and chairs and cushions, good views, easy parking, good breakfast and the restaurant food was exceptional! Just for that meal I would already come back.. So we will return 😊

The apartment was clean and fresh. The pillows and bedding were excellent. The parking was easy. The view from the windows was lovely farmland. The apartment is 20 minutes from Ansbach US military base and 30 minutes from Rothenberg ob der Tauber. My family would stay here again without hesitation.
