I've had a marvelous time at the Vitalhotel. The Finke family is very warm a makes you feel as another member of the family. The room was super comfortable and very quiet. I don't remember the last time I slept so well. I specially enjoyed the breakfast and its selection of cold cuts and cheeses, sausage, bacon, juices, various types of bread, fruit, yogurt and much more. The staff is extremely kind and always available for the guests. I look forward to be back again and relax.

Fantastic hotel up in mountains. Access via cable car - last trip from bottom kl. 18. So, at least when it is dark early, one stays up at hotel until dawn next day. You can walk down the mountain but we had a puppy with us, so this was not an option. Also there was no lighting on path, so impossible to negotiate in dark. Food and staff excellent. Room had balcony overlooking the mountains.We would definately visit again.

Hotel is very old outside, but inside looks much better. Right now there is ongoing renovation. There is a huge new parking lot near the hotel (10 EUR per day), so we did not even use garage of the hotel. We were in the building #4 and this was perfect for visiting the pool. There are few restaurants inside the hotel, which we also can recommend. Hotel is very good to come with a friends.

The apartment was spotlessly clean. It was spacious, comfortable, modern, and all furnishings and equipment were new and well-looked after. Kitchen was great, just like home. Beds were large and comfy. Great location for biking and hiking - both directly from the apartment and within a short drive. We also walked into Bad Harzburg, it takes about 45mins to get to the centre.

I liked it very much. Me and my friends went there for a 2 days trip to Bad harzburg and Goslar. The apartment have enough space to cook eat and enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen is very equipped and made our trip very good. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the property manager to keep a baby bed in the room.

We booked on super-short notice on transit and were positively surprised. Clean and good flat, easy and free parking and walking distance to center of Bad Harzburg. Was perfect for our stop-over with 1 night, but one could easily spend an extra night there as well and explore the Harz area. Pet friendly!

The location is perfectly right in the middle of Bad Harzburg. Everything is within walking distance. Was checked in the owner of the place, he was very friendly and gave tips about how can explore the place. He even brought us a kettle to cook hot water to the room. Amazing service!

The hotel is off-side a mainroad, and right in the non trafic zone. There are some restaurants around but during off season and on a monday, only limited availability. Room was okay and I had to pay upfront as the reception desk was not attended in the morning.

Good hotel with a nice location. Staff was polite and helpful. Perfect view from the room. Delicious breakfast with vegan options (includes vegan butter) and tea not just in the bags. Have a room for bicycles

Clean and very comfortable appartment with fully-equiped kitchen in an extremly good part of Bad Harzburg directly near Sole-Terme, „Schwebebahn“ and „Baumwipfelpfad“. Very good choise at a nice prise.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We did miss a dining table, but managed. It would be nice with a little oven too. Excellent location and the rest of the hotel is perfect.
