We had a triple bed room booked. And had subsequently requested the hotel to provide us with an additional cot for our 7 year old. This was approved by the hotel. However, due to some misunderstanding the extra cot was not available on the date of check in. There were no extra cots/beds available on the day. So the staff checked internally and provided us with an extra double bed room for free. To make things even better, this extra room was just next to our original room thus making things so easy for us to coordinate.

This is a very friendly hotel, well kept and offering great service. The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect for us and it was close to a Bavarian restaurant with 10/10 food. Definitely going to stay there next time we need to visit Hannover.

I was on a bike tour and just looking for a place to crash for a night, so my expectations were not over the top. The accommodation completely filled the bill: clean, comfortable, and for a very good price. There are a variety of restaurants close by (Italian, Middle Eastern, Thai, ice cream parlor). Breakfast was basic, but WELL worth the €5.

The rooms are very simply furnished but are ideal for a cheap night's accommodation if you happen to be passing through the area. We ate at the excellent Wirtshaus zum Bayern Stadl which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet served at the hotel was very good and exceeded our expectations, with cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, bread, cereal, and fruit.
