The best hotel that you can in the Black Forest.It is situated near the Mummelsee lake and the view over the forest is astonishing.Big parking with reserved places for the guests in case that the main parking is full ( you need to ask for the key at the reception to open the chain for guests parking ).Very clean rooms with a lot of spaces, big tv, big bathtub with everything that you neet from the slippers to coats, bureau and everything. There is nothing that I coud add to make the room better.It is just perfect.Also nice restaurant with great food at affordable prices and all the staff from the reception to the restaurant are very nice and polite. The breakfast has everything to offer, it is very generous and the food very good.The I had in Germany so far. Just perfect.

As a big family, we enjoyed too much and felt very comfortable. It was a great fun for kids to stay in little attic. The place was completely clean and well designed. It is very close to small river. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful.

The apartment was recently renovated, you could clearly see people had put in effort also the owner made sure to send us an activity calendar for the week of our stay. He also asked us for feedback during the week and we suggested something which he took immediate action on and also presented us with a gift. Very thoughtful! It is a beautiful and relaxing area, all in all a great trip!

Felt very welcomed, so clean, big rooms, wellness facitities were great and well kept. Sea water in the pool indoor and outdoor is fantastic. Breakfast and dinner delicious. Hope to get there again in summer.

The Owner was very friendly and very informative, showed us round all the amenities the hotel had to offer. We were on our motorbikes and the owner spent time with us showing different routes around the area to go. The hotel is just bed and breakfast and what a wide range of variety for breakfast. the bedrooms are immaculate and the facilities in the upgraded rooms are outstanding. we had a balcony with sun loungers on it which was a nice touch we also had a separate living room. Being able to use the spa facilities was a bonus. our motorbikes were locked up securely in a garage. I could go on and on about how good this place is. definitely all credit goes to the owner & staff.

The staff was so helpfull and tolerant of our vegan food habits, which is so incredible for such a small town. Additionally, because we had to travel before lunch they packed us the breakfast the night before, and it was the quality(organic food even) and amount we wouldn't have even asked for. Usually in hotels you get the smallest possible portion, and here it was enough for untill diner. They were so nice and relaxing, for a family with a child, I can say we're going to be staying in this family friendly and healthy hotel again next year.
