I loved the high-tech + efficient room design. Very efficient, clean and new. I found the bed quite comfortable and spa shower very relaxing. The staff was very nice/helpful. The 15€ breakfast was also very good and had a lot of selection. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was fantastic—there was such a rich variety of options that it catered to all tastes. The rooms were spotless, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated how quiet the rooms were, allowing for a peaceful and undisturbed rest. The bathroom was spacious and modern, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. I was traveling with my teenage daughter on the hottest day of the summer, and what a great surprise to find a beautiful pool area, with a sandy "beach" and all the amenities one could ask for! We spent a pleasant evening swimming, sipping cool drinks, and having a delicious salad - all poolside in the breeze. The staff at the hotel were top-notch; pleasant, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the temperature control was great. All in all, very nice and a great value!

    Came here for Tradeshow in Frankfurt.

    Came here for Tradeshow in Frankfurt. Really like that it is only a short walk to train station and only 3 short stops to Messe in Frankfurt. Easy to come here without car. During the week several restaurants are close by within walking distance, but they are all closed on weekends. 15 Minutes walk to center of Eschborn for several restaurants on weekends. Enjoyed these walks after a long day indoors at the tradeshow. It is really easy to get around without car. REWE Grocery store close by for small snacks and necessities.

    There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhoud of the hotel. We decided to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant. We did not explore Eschborn. Our purpose to stay at the hotel was to take an exam at Pearson Vue Test Center in Frankfurt.

    Modern, simple and very well thought-out rooms with a focus on the essentials. Very good bed ideal for my back and its problems, desk, TV and good shower. Two small free bottles of water for the night or thirst on arrival. The breakfast is rich and offers something for everyone (incl. vegetarian and vegan). For me the ideal location as it is in walking distance for my business meeting in Eschborn. Parking is available for a fee (15 EUR) next to the hotel. I will come back.

    I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever come across in Hotel Accommodation. Thank you to Mercure for your exceptional service.
