Everything. The room was gorgeous. We loved the elevator system. The front desk staff were excellent - very professional, attentive, truly 5 star. A special thanks to Thomas, Lili and their colleagues. Housekeeping was very prompt and efficient. Bartender was very pleasant. Concierge and the porter service was very helpful and pleasant. Also, the location couldn't be better, everything was in a few minutes walking distance: shopping, Christmas markets, museums, restaurants.

Axcellent location, It is in the central area, but it is also very quiet. The U ban( metro) and the tram and bus station is near the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable! The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.

Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

excellent location in the City center. walking distance to the river, trains, trams. if you like Kebab you'll have good options right at the same street. Great price, good room and breakfast. You can park the car in the hotel garage. The room service is not every day, it's on request.

    We like Frankfurt. I think it does not get enough credit. We like to walk along the each side of the river. We found many charming cafes to sit and rest in. We find the public transportation system very good. The train station is impressive and easy to manage.

    The city was beautiful with a very good sense of the old mixed with new. Well worth visiting. This was my second time to visit. Frankfurt is also excellently located to access the Rail Network, We visited by train Köln (Cologne), Heidelberg and Idsteiner always returning to Frankfurt. The locals were always very helpful in explaining or translating. The shopping is excellent

    Very happy with the close location to the central station Staff were very helpful and happy, excellent Room very clean and comfortable, bit small but we managed I was worried about the privacy of window even though we had heavy curtains I feel a sheer curtain would help Close to the river, 5 minute walk 20 minute walk to city centre and old town to the city centre One of the most beautiful old towns in Germany Heavy police presence around the central station. It is very intimidating with un desirables. 3-4 days was enough for a short visit

    Very nice place to stay when relocating to Frankfurt. It's more expensive than a long-term rental, but cheaper than any hotel of similar quality. Great rooms - newly renovated, have all equipment and amenities (even kitchen with a dishwasher), super comfortable bed, high quality bathroom. The staff was very helpful as well. Location is great if you need to travel to the city center/office area, 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn station and another 10 minutes by S-Bahn.

    Location right near train station - if you come from airport for one night it's just perfect place to stay. Very kind receptionist. Good breakfast. Central part just 15-20 minutes of fine walking. Even managed to get a beer in hotel's bar at around 23 PM

    Nice quiet hotel at about 30 minutes (public transport) from Frankfurt city center. Breakfast was okay. Be early they do not seem to refill. I was able to check in early without hassle. Lidl nearby at walking distance.
