Staff was lovely and surprisingly spoke our language (I speak fluent English but my first language is Spanish). There was an error that had a different bed type in the reservation and the staff gave us the room we needed without even asking for it! The second guy was just as nice since he got us a cab in short notice and was also very friendly. Room was great and very complete with everything we needed. Confortable and clean as you would expect. The location was very decent, not very public transportation friendly but thats more on the city. If you walk a few minutes (10 or so) you do reach the metro station easily but with luggage is hard and cab is the easiest (but not too cheap) option if you need to reach the train station. There is a giant mall nearby which is nice. Breakfast was good, I had slightly better one in the other Premier Inn that I stayed in Cologne but this one was pretty nice as well.

Stayed one night and everything was great. Late check-in was super easy, the staff were really friendly, and the room was just like in the pictures: clean, modern and had everything I needed. I also noticed some shared spaces that looked really comfy.

An abundance of lively cafes and bars There is a stunning Botanical Gardens in Palmengarten - a green oasis in the middle of the city and well worth a visit. Frankfurters are proud of Goethe and a visit to his family home another must. Top quality wines especially the Reislings and very reasonably priced.

    This was a two day stopover.

    This was a two day stopover. Hotel is in nice area of town and U Bahn stations an easy walk. Restaurant next door looked great but didn't have enough time. Head down to the river for some great sights. Transport good. Easy train trip from the airport, 15 mins into central then change to U4 line for two stops.

    We like Frankfurt. I think it does not get enough credit. We like to walk along the each side of the river. We found many charming cafes to sit and rest in. We find the public transportation system very good. The train station is impressive and easy to manage.

    The city was beautiful with a very good sense of the old mixed with new. Well worth visiting. This was my second time to visit. Frankfurt is also excellently located to access the Rail Network, We visited by train Köln (Cologne), Heidelberg and Idsteiner always returning to Frankfurt. The locals were always very helpful in explaining or translating. The shopping is excellent

    The room and property were really clean and looked after. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location sadly had builders around it but still the view and closeness to the city centre were fantastic. We stayed there for a concert and the hotel was perfect for this short stay, I look forward to coming back if I ever need to be in Frankfurt again!

    Location of the hotel is great, close to the main city centre of Frankfurt which makes it very convenient given its price. The staff is attentive and helpful.     This is a new hotel in a area close to Frankfurt Airport - perfect if you have a flight early/late or have a day between your flights. The breakfast was very good and actually cheaper if you make reservation via booking and not at the location. I also appreciated the welcome tea and coffee found in the room.
