I like the property Duty Manager Mr Umut Mahmoud supports and cooperation. When I checked in, I was chocked how was the Suite not clean and bathroom was dirty. However, when I talked to the duty Manager (Mr Umut ) he was very responsive and made extra efforts which made my stay very remarkable and pleasant. Thank you Mr Umut for your help. Definitely will be back with this such caring staff and management.
