The hotel is excellent, thank the hosts so much for their hospitality. - the beds are very good (I slept like a baby); - the room is very clean; - the ladies are friendly and helpful; - parking on site; - quiet place near the river; - close to Autobahn and the city/airport. My conclusion, let me save this hotel in my "favorites" for the next time.

I spend quite a bit of time in German hotels throughout the 1980's and early 1990's. This is one of the few hotels that remind me of the classic hotels of that era: marble stairs with wrought iron rails; formal breakfast room; and real cherry wood room furniture. In other hotels of the same era, remodels have removed much of this classic furniture and replaced it with less expensive modular furniture suites. Location is great: 1 stop from Mainz Roman Theatre stop which is on edge of town center. Also, just a few stops west of Frankfurt Airport. Will be a place to stay next time I fly in or out of Frankfurt.

This accomodation is very good variant for several days in Mainz. It is on the shore of Rhein river, and there is a viwepoint near it. The bed is very comfortable. Also there were a small kitchen with kitchen dishes, table and barthroom. The place is not so close to the center of city, but there is a bus station near it, so you always can use it. The staff is very helping.

Die Wohnung ist groß und sauber. Der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Küche gut ausgestattet. Was man wissen sollte, ist dass das Bett 1,40 m breit ist. Momentan wird das Haus saniert, daher war der Balkon nicht nutzbar. Fahrräder konnten wir unterstellen und das Auto konnte man in der Straße parken und findet auch freie Plätze. Die Umgebung ist ruhig ( Flugzeuge im Landeanflug über ganz Mainz ...) Einchecken unkompliziert

Well furnished apartment. Only thing is that u have to inform the owner few hours before you arrive so that he stays home. Booking .com ask u to mention the probable time of arrival but that's not enough for the owner.
