Very welcoming and super friendly owner. We arrived soaking wet from a thunderstorm on the Rheinsteig trail and we were greeted with warm drinks upon arrival. We felt sorry about messing up the room with our dirty walking gear but this was no problem at all. We had some nice conversations with the owner, she helped us with booking a restaurant and in the morning we enjoyed a very good breakfast.

Nice hotel located close to the pedestrian area of the city and with convenient underground parking. Smooth check-in, nice rooms, comfortable bed (though I found the pillows too soft... but that's a question of personal taste). I appreciated their committment to the environment. Amazing decoration, really clean room, fenomenal breakfast buffet. The staff was really good aswell. Has parking places for costumers. Loved the fact they had a flea market of old stuff from the hotel that you could buy! All the surrondings of the hotel were really beautiful.
