Reliably excellent! We’ve stayed here at least 10 times, as half way stop to/from vacations. Rooms are clean, staff is great, breakfast is generous, Italian restaurant is delicious! Location is quiet but still close to main roads

Very cozy hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Absolutely loved the bathroom, very spacious with two mirrors, so for three girls it was perfect. It’s also close to the grocery store and some restaurants. The cafe recommended by the host for breakfast was also excellent

Very good price (under 90€ per night) Free and easy parking! SKY TV-Programs. Modern & very clean room with many power outlets 230V/50Hz for easy charging all personal electronic equipment. Good heated room. Silent location without traffic and city-noise. Also smokers are having outside covered place. The hotel has safety system up to date (emergency access for fire brigade) and the staff is able to extend reception service if you arrive a little bit late. The hotel is optimal place for business travelers which are visiting customers in the city of Heidelberg.

Great location and great view.

The hotel was beautiful! The room for 4 was 2 rooms, living room with two beds and bedroom. Very spacious, really really nice. The stuff we met at the restaurant in the evening was exceptionnal and kind! We ate in our room as we have a young child and they were so nice and helpful, the food awesome. The staff in the morning during the breakfast was ...fine, but nothing to do with the evening. We found gbe breakdast overpriced for what it was, but we still enjoyed it, no regrets. The setting and decorations and all was really great. To recommend!

Our first day in Europe started off wonderfully with a stay at Premier Inn Heidelberg City Bahnstadt Hotel. Though slightly farther from the train station, requiring a short bus ride and walk, the warm welcome made up for it. Special thanks to Mr. Ekkarin, who noticed we were Thai and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. In December, it’s easy to reach the Christmas market via bus.

Very close to the station! The room was spacious enough to open our big suitcases! The breakfast was also great.

Qube hotel Bahnstadt is a nice small hotel in the suburban area of Heidelberg. The travel to old town will take you 10-15 minutes via car. The overall hotel is nice and clean. All staffs are helpful and friendly.

The staff were so friendly and ready to help at every available opportunity. As soon as we arrived we knew we had found the best place.

Beautiful hotel and very nice staff

We loved the location atop a hill with beautiful views of Heidelberg & the Neckar River below. The fanicular into town is just 50 meters from the hotel. The room was beautifully arranged with comfy beds and views over the valley. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The entire staff was very nice & helpful. On-Parking was plentiful. Will definately stay here again during our next visit to Heidelberg.

The Room was very clean and spacious. The Spa was excellent but the real treat is the bar and restaurant. Simply excellent food. Great staff and all in a great place to stay.

The Italian restaurant downstairs was amazing! Best lasagna Al forno ever! The rooms were big and the bed was so comfortable… we slept really well ☺️ the hotel is close to the tram and well connected to the Altstadt. Easy to park at the hotel 🏨 super recommended

Very nice staying. It is easy to come in the main center with a (bold) step.

Very friendly staff and high quality customer service. Check-in and checking out was easy. I was even shown to the room. I liked that there was Information and guides about how to spend a few days exploring Heidelberg. Travelling to the centre of town was easy. The transportation is quite frequent. Lots of free wifi around Heidelberg including at this accommodation helped.

Room was so spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Perfect value for money. The air conditioner works so well. The staff is so friendly. Overall, my stay was amazing and I will definitely be coming back!
